Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service, efficient workflows, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage stocks, to minimize waste and control operational costs.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance and morale.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Prepare and review daily reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues.
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and revenue.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively during peak hours.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for inventory management and reporting.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
