Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end dining establishment.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback gracefully.
