Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand consistency.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing and service strategies to increase patronage and revenue.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local labor regulations.
- Monitor P&L reports, control operational expenses, and achieve monthly financial targets.

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a high-end dining establishment.
- Strong understanding of restaurant financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback gracefully.
