- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team development
- Implement inventory control systems, cost management, and waste reduction initiatives
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years restaurant management experience in QSR/Fast Food industry
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting
