Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all standards are met.
- Manage and train staff, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards throughout the venue.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively to meet business demands.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of financial management, cost control, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality degree is a plus.
