Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service standards
- Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance including cost control, budget adherence, and revenue optimization
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure seamless service coordination
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership skills with team development capabilities
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
