Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Implement cost control measures while maintaining food quality and presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Develop promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue
- Analyze sales reports and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with kitchen and support teams for seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (preferred for management positions)
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and local regulations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic financial literacy including budgeting and cost control
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- For trainees: Hospitality management degree or relevant certification beneficial
