- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Drive sales growth through team training, customer engagement, and promotional execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
- Manage staff performance through coaching, feedback, and recognition programs
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service quality standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
