Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff, conducting regular performance reviews and shift scheduling.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders efficiently, and control food costs to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., Halal standards).
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare daily reports, including sales summaries and staff attendance records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B/Hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in basic accounting and financial reporting for restaurant operations.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent is preferred.
