Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
- Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant, resort, or high-volume café environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multicultural teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic accounting principles.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
