Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize costs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a restaurant, resort, or high-volume café environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multicultural teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management software, and basic accounting principles.
