Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Control inventory, ordering, and food costs to maximize margins.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor financial KPIs and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members for future leadership roles.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in QSR.
- Familiarity with Jollibee or Chowking operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of P&L management and cost control.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
