Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and optimize cost of goods sold (COGS).
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and foster guest loyalty.
  • Analyze sales reports and financial performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Implement marketing initiatives and service improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within the upscale or boutique hospitality sector.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and operational success in a high-traffic environment.
  • Excellent command of English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and inventory tracking.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant compliance regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-centric mindset.
