Are you a passionate hospitality professional with a flair for leadership? PT. Sunrise Health Initiative is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at the prestigious Hua Yan Restaurant in the vibrant Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heart of our dining experience, ensuring that every guest receives world-class service while maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can motivate a diverse team, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold company service standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to build customer loyalty.
  • Prepare regular financial reports, sales analysis, and staff schedules for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role, preferably in a premium dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and P&L oversight.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
