Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of service staff and kitchen crew.
- Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage stock, to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the premises.
- Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare weekly rosters and manage staff scheduling to meet operational needs.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, preferably in a Korean BBQ or fast-paced casual dining setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory management, and cost control.
- Strong communication skills in English and preferably the ability to communicate in Korean (to support operations).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Committed to providing world-class customer service.
- Possess relevant food safety and hygiene certifications (e.g., Food Safety Course Level 3).
