Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards
- Monitor financial performance through cost control, budget adherence, and sales optimization
- Implement health and safety protocols ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain positive dining experiences
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong understanding of inventory control, cost management, and P&L statements
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in food safety and sanitation management
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
