- Manage and lead restaurant staff to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
- Maintain company standards for food quality, safety protocols, and hygiene practices
- Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures and service flow
- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food/beverage costs
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance guest experiences
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory/restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic accounting
