Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations across three F&B brands in Padang, ensuring consistent quality and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development to maintain high team productivity
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems, cost management, and budget adherence
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and handle guest feedback effectively
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management with proven leadership track record
- Experience managing multiple F&B brands or large-scale operations preferred
- Willingness to complete mandatory one-month training program in Pekanbaru
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality/Restaurant Management preferred
