Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and supervise daily operations across multiple coffee shop/restaurant locations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Analyze and maximize P&L profitability by monitoring food costs, labor hours, and operational overhead.
- Enforce strict adherence to brand standards, including service quality, store cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance management to General Managers and unit leads.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to develop localized strategies for revenue growth.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational consistency and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory management systems and supply chain efficiency across all assigned units.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit oversight role.
- Strong financial acumen, including deep experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian and professional English.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
