Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Manage, train, and mentor floor staff to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and non-halal restaurant operational protocols.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling and optimize labor costs without compromising service quality.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall aesthetic appeal.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of non-halal restaurant operations and dietary nuances.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possession of your own reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to relocate to or currently based in George Town, Penang.
