Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor floor staff to foster a positive and efficient working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and non-halal restaurant operational protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling and optimize labor costs without compromising service quality.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive revenue and improve profitability.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall aesthetic appeal.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the F&B industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of non-halal restaurant operations and dietary nuances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possession of your own reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to relocate to or currently based in George Town, Penang.
