Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure peak performance and service delivery.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock while minimizing waste.
- Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase average check size.
- Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to manage labor costs and maximize outlet profitability.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within a reputable F&B chain.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operational procedures, including POS systems and inventory management software.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
