Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure peak performance and service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain logistics, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal stock while minimizing waste.
  • Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and increase average check size.
  • Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to manage labor costs and maximize outlet profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular staff training sessions on service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role within a reputable F&B chain.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operational procedures, including POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
