Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening, closing, and shift management procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and operational policies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and increase customer traffic.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for the Popeyes brand.
