Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop staff to achieve performance goals and maintain brand consistency
- Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and quality standards
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic accounting software
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and customer-centric service
