Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to company policies.
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to provide top-tier customer service consistently.
  • Manage inventory levels, including food and beverage stock, to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the workplace.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue and meet operational targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational costs for upper management.

Kualifikasi

  • College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management software is an advantage.
