Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store performance targets.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and high standards of hospitality.
- Facilitate sales and marketing orientations to align team members with customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Manage inventory, staffing schedules, and cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, training, and development of staff.
- Monitor food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a world-class dining experience.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to implement improvements in restaurant productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing restaurant revenue.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a passion for staff training and team morale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Angono, Rizal.
