Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise store front-liners to ensure world-class customer service standards.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and workflow optimization.
- Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, wastage control, and regular audits.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with regional management to implement marketing initiatives and store promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Supervisor in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant management software.
- Deep understanding of food safety protocols (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
