Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service and kitchen staff to provide world-class customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, waste management, and cost control initiatives.
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and daily sales reporting.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure repeat visits.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities as directed by corporate management.
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional standards of the outlet within Mall Panakukang.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic retail/restaurant accounting.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards and operational workflows.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and professional appearance.
