Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and mentor front-of-house/back-of-house teams to ensure exceptional service standards
- Develop and implement staff training programs for skill development and performance improvement
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in restaurant management with proven leadership track record
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience in team development and conflict resolution
