Pegacorn is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our Subway outlet located at the Multimedia University (MMU) campus in Melaka. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the outlet, responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining top-tier food safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment for your staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service and product quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing food wastage.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations as per brand and local standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare staff rosters and oversee labor cost management to ensure optimal productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and operational metrics.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the outlet schedule.
- Possess a valid Food Handler’s Certificate and Typhoid vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
