You will be responsible for maintaining Subway’s gold-standard service levels, ensuring food safety compliance, and fostering a positive team culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and schedule the restaurant team to ensure operational efficiency and high service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with all Subway brand standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor and manage food costs, labor costs, and waste reduction initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Drive sales growth through local store marketing and excellent customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (QSR experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required by hospital operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and basic administrative reporting.
