Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to ensure high standards of customer service and food safety.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to ensure profitability targets are consistently met.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with company and health department regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Schedule staff shifts and optimize labor costs based on peak business hours.
- Generate and analyze daily sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain a cohesive team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy.
- Passionate about delivering excellent food quality and customer service.
