In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest experiences the high-quality service and fresh, delicious meals that Subway is famous for.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of the store. From driving sales and managing inventory to mentoring your team and ensuring top-tier food safety standards, your leadership will directly impact our store’s success. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is committed to fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and optimal efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sandwich artists to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock takes.
  • Drive sales growth through effective local marketing and consistent operational excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards (HALAL).
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional, timely manner.
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly sales reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management, preferably in a quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is highly advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of P&L management and operational cost control.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high food quality.
