- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of kitchen and service teams

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in the hospitality sector
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
