Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste are consistently met.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost control to minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the F&B/Hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines is preferred.
- Culinary knowledge and basic computer literacy.
- Valid SPM/SPM-V or Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
