Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to maintain high service standards
- Implement and enforce health/safety protocols and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional dining experiences
- Monitor financial performance through cost analysis and budget adherence
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service execution
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies for revenue growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
