Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations within the Jakarta Raya region.
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning and team motivation.
- Manage inventory levels, reduce food waste, and control operational costs to maximize profit margins.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest complaints or feedback professionally.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management or a leadership role in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of managing multiple outlets and leading diverse teams effectively.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP standards and local food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
