Roxy Group is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our flagship location in Jagakarsa, Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our dining experience, responsible for orchestrating seamless daily operations, elevating guest satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth.

As an Operations Manager, you will lead a diverse team of service professionals and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, efficiency, and hospitality. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can balance high-level administrative management with a 'hands-on' approach on the floor. If you are passionate about the culinary arts and have a proven track record in optimizing restaurant performance, we want to hear from you.

You will play a key role in refining standard operating procedures (SOPs), managing P&L targets, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the high standards of the Roxy Group brand.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, control costs, and improve overall profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and train restaurant staff to maintain superior service standards and high employee retention.
  • Manage inventory levels, supply chain procurement, and vendor relationships to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Monitor and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout the facility.
  • Analyze financial reports and KPIs to provide actionable insights for continuous business improvement.
  • Handle high-level guest escalations and ensure a premium dining experience for every customer.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or premium dining environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse team.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L reports, and inventory control systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards (HACCP) and local regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and digital management tools.
