- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of crew members to achieve high performance standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations (HACCP).
- Monitor inventory levels and manage waste to control costs and maximize profit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
- Assist in the training and development of new crew members and shift supervisors.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to meet daily and monthly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
