Tanggung Jawab
- Undergo comprehensive training on daily restaurant operations, including kitchen control, counter service, and customer relations.
- Supervise floor operations during shifts to ensure high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
- Assist in driving sales growth and executing local store marketing initiatives to increase profitability.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, including food, beverage, and labor costs, under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
- Lead, motivate, and coach crew members to perform at their best and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and security regulations of the company.
- Resolve customer inquiries and feedback efficiently to maintain maximum guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be willing to be trained and assigned within Manila City.
