Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and budget adherence
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team performance
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
