About the Role
PT Native Mind Indonesia is seeking an experienced Restaurant Outlet Manager to lead our Pepito Culinary outlet in Bali. As the driving force behind daily operations, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant management while delivering exceptional guest experiences that align with our culinary vision. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker passionate about hospitality excellence.
You'll be responsible for optimizing team performance, implementing efficient operational workflows, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain brand standards
- Implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance through cost control, budget management, and revenue optimization
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality inventory and cost-effective purchasing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience with team leadership responsibilities
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction metrics and operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian hospitality regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
