Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff, fostering a positive work environment focused on high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met, promptly addressing any guest feedback or concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering processes to minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain stringent compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per local regulations.
- Monitor and optimize outlet performance, including sales targets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and financial reporting accurately.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the F&B or hospitality industry, preferably in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
- A strong commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
