- Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Handle reservation bookings and table assignments, coordinating with the restaurant manager.
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily receipts and payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating arrangements.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Filipino dialects are a plus).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Prioritization skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
