As the face of our establishment, you will manage the front desk operations, handle reservations, and coordinate seamlessly with the floor staff to ensure smooth service delivery.   • Greet and warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Handle reservation bookings and table assignments, coordinating with the restaurant manager.
  • Process cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily receipts and payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
  • Assist guests with special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating arrangements.
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or hospitality certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Filipino dialects are a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with POS systems.
  • Prioritization skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
