Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently transport food from kitchen to dining areas, ensuring timely delivery to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure seamless service flow
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain restaurant standards
- Support other team members during peak hours and special events
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Help restock supplies and maintain inventory of restaurant essentials
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Team player with collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
