- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or special requests immediately.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tables, and service areas to ensure a pristine dining environment.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
