Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service to guests including order taking, food delivery, and beverage service
- Ensure dining areas maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Participate in opening/closing procedures and daily team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Basic English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia fluency required
