Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive table service, including greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking accurate orders
- Expertly recommend and serve wine selections based on guest preferences and food pairings
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food/beverages
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and table settings throughout shifts
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- Participate in inventory management for wine and olive oil stock
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service
- Strong knowledge of wine varietals, service techniques, and food pairings
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and payment processing
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
