Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service including order taking, beverage service, and food delivery
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related concerns promptly
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Upsell menu items and promotional specials to enhance guest experience
- Participate in opening/closing duties as assigned
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Positive attitude with customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English a plus
