Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional table service through timely order taking, accurate food/beverage delivery, and attentive guest engagement
- Master menu knowledge to provide recommendations, answer inquiries, and upsell premium items while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Maintain pristine dining areas through efficient table clearing, resetting, and sanitation protocols
- Process payments accurately while managing cash handling and POS systems
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure flawless order execution and timing
- Anticipate guest needs proactively to resolve issues before they impact satisfaction
- Participate in opening/closing duties including inventory checks and station setup
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Strong multitasking ability in high-pressure situations with precise attention to detail
- ServSafe/Food Handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and safely lift 15kg
- Positive attitude demonstrating genuine hospitality and teamwork mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system proficiency
