- Provide exceptional table service to guests in a Japanese restaurant environment
- Accurately take and process customer orders using POS systems
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining quality standards
- Manage table assignments and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality service
- Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and dining etiquette preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
