Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional food and beverage service to guests according to established standards
- Ensure dining areas, tables, and service stations maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene
- Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menu guidance with product knowledge
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely food and beverage delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in restaurant setup, closing procedures, and inventory management
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous food service experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
