Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all customers to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
- Handle order-taking, payment processing, and cashiering duties accurately using the POS system.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and kitchen workstations at all times.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock and supplies as needed.
- Adhere strictly to food safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate effectively with team members to manage peak-hour rushes smoothly.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant to maintain operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage for customer interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical stamina to handle long hours on your feet and lift kitchen supplies when necessary.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
